Wheat Flour 2 cups.
Hot Water as required to make smooth batter
Salt to taste
Curd 2 tsp
Make smooth batter by mixing hot water, salt, curd.The Batter should not be watery.
Keep it for half an hour.
Make small balls out of the batter and roll each ball to round thin layer using chapathi disk and roller.
Fry tava and put the chappathi on it.When its cooked and turn it the other side.
Repeat the same for other balls.
Boiled Egg 3
Grated coconut 4 tbsp
Cumin Seed 1 tsp
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Red Chilly 2 nos
Button onion finely chopped 10 nos
Curry Leaves a few
Ginger 1 inch piece
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves a few
oil 1 tsp
Egg Curry Preparation
Fry coconut with jeera, pepper corn, whole red chily, curry leaves ,ginger, coriander powder for 5 mins in low heat.
Grind to fine paste and keep aside.
Season mustard oil in a kadai.Add chopped onion and fry for two minutes.
Add the grinded paste ,salt and cook .Then add the egg and simmer for two minutes.
Serve hot with prepared chapathis.
