Corn Puttu Ingredients
Corn Flour 3 cups
Salt to taste
Coconut grated 1 cup
Corn puttu Direction
Mix Corn flour with salt and just enough water so that the flour is not stick.
Take a chiratta puttu maker.
Pour little coconut and above it add the corn flour .
In the top again pour coconut.
Close the puttu maker and steam it for 10 mins using Pressure cooker for each puttu.
Serve Hot with Channa masala.
